The Research of the Defects and Renovation of Chinese Unemployment Insurance System

The renovation and development of the unemployment insurance system is one of the main tasks of Chinese government，and stable fund is its basic requirement. However，there exist several defects of the unemployment insurance fund including small financing scale，low level plan as a whole and little enthusiasm among high-incoming people. These defects reflect the designing problems of the financing system which fails to take into account of the new situation of China. So the revision of the financing system is imperatively needed.
