Research on growth mechanism of Organization management—The Discussion of Student s'Management Based on Entropy Theory

Based on the management entropy theory, this paper studies student's management system and analyses organizational characteristics,variables hypotheses,affecting factors of students'management system entropy. What' more？It also illustrates internal and external factors and relations among them. A conclusion can be safely drawn: student, school and environment——these three factors of students' management system are corresponding to three key factors of students' management: systemic factors, affecting factors and scene strategy and they influence each other. The findings also show that openness can be found between students' management internal system and inter-systems. At the same time, countermeasures can be proposed on development of students' self-management ability and manager to seize opportunities, and keeping up effective fluctuation of internal system.
