Analysis of the Influence of QE2 of the United States

As the financial crisis continues to spread with its impacts gradually deepening, United States adopted the second round of quantitative easing monetary policy to stabilize and stimulate the economy. Such unconventional monetary policy will have a profound impact on the global economy. As the world's second largest economy, China will have to suffer the adverse effects. Aiming at the adversely effects of QE2 for Chinese economy, from the second round of the start of quantitative easing, by analyzing the main measures of QE2 and its transmission mechanism, this paper proposes the measures of China to provide references for related economic policy makings.
