The Priority of Consumer’s Claims in InsolvencyProceedings

Consumers are not businessmen and in most cases are involuntary creditors for infringement. Therefore， consumers should not be one of the subjects who share risks in frame of limited liability system. Consumers are the final source of interest for the whole supply unit. Risks should be shared among the supply unit. In insolvency proceedings， claims for personal injury compensation of consumers should be given priority， compared with claims for work， claims of government and secured claims.
