The Impact of Professional Market Development on Economic Transformation

According to the data for the year 1990-2008 of Jiangsu Province， this paper analyzes the relationship between professional market development and economic transformation. The empirical analysis results show that， there is a stable long-run equilibrium relationship among the professional market development， economic system transformation and economic structure transformation， which has short-term volatility and long-term stability characteristics; there is a one-way Granger causality from the professional market development to economic system transformation and economic structure transformation; the professional market development has a positive knock-on effects on economic transformation.
