Analysis and Reflections on Fund Management in Colleges

The article points out the problems which exist in the fund management in higher institutions, such as low consciousness of the main body, weak internal control system, unclear jurisdiction of fund management, the not yet established mechanism of income division and the unsmooth investment system. Aiming at these problems, the article proposes corresponding suggestions to strengthen fund management, reduce fund investment risks and enhance fund operational efficiency.
