Study on Obstacle Factors of Technology Transformation in Tianjin from the Perspective of Enterprises

Based on the survey of high-tech enterprises in Tianjin city， the author uses these data to establish structural equation models for finding key obstacles that impede the process of scientific achievement transformation. The empirical results show that there are two main obstacles: one is from the evaluation and incentive system in the universities; and the other is from the problem about the construction of scientific and technological markets. According to this analysis， the author proposed some recommendations to solve the problem at the end of the paper.
