Research on the Establishment of the Index System of Circular Economy in Beijing and its Comprehensive Evaluation

Recalling its past development and analyzing“the outline of China's Eleventh Five-year Circular Economy Development Plan”，“Circular Economy Promotion Law”and some other national and municipal laws and regulations， the paper designs the index system. The entropy weight method is used to determine the weights of indicators. Finally， the evaluation indexes can be got to show that circular economy development in Beijing has gradually increased and the overall situation is better. However， the environmental development index is low and the social development is not stable enough. Through the analysis， the paper proposes some specific explanations for this phenomenon.
