Analysis of Farmers Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations Based on Game Theory

Specialized cooperative economic organizations in rural areas are basic links and important guarantees for the supply chains of agricultural products.“Farmers+rural specialized cooperative economic organizations+company”model has become an important form of organization for the industrialized operation of agriculture. By complete information game through the static analysis and empirical research in rural areas， the paper proves that the model can reduce transaction costs and improve the efficiency of property rights， and should be a rational choice between the main subjects of the game. However， in the development of specialized cooperative economic organizations in rural areas there are existent difficulties. Therefore， measures need to be taken， including increased awareness， strengthened supervision and support of the main game subjects to set up a property rights based on the interests of linking the tripartite mechanism， for the protection of the interests of farmers based on agricultural supply chain system and the insurance of the healthy development of the rural specialized cooperative economic organizations.
