Study on Individual Behaviors of Commercial Bribery Based on TPB Model

The prevention and control of commercial bribery are important content of the anti-corruption movement. The key is to explore the antecedents and mechanisms which affect the behavior of commercial bribery. In Chinese contexts， we have adopted TPB model to analyze the antecedents and mechanisms which predict individual behaviors of commercial bribery. In line with TPB model， the theoretical model for commercial bribery and the hypotheses were proposed. In the questionnaire taken by 258 part-time MBA students， the structural equation modeling(SEM) was used to test our hypotheses. The results showed that the intention of commercial bribery directly influenced actual commercial bribery， and behavioral attitudes， subjective norms and perceived behavioral controls were the important predictors of behavioral intention of commercial bribery.
