High Performance Work System and Firm Performance—The Empirical Study of China’s Finance Industry

To inspect the relationship between high performance work system and firm performance in China’s background, this study collects the human resource management practices data and firm performance data of 96 financial firms in the Changsanjiao region from a questionnaire survey and carries out researches by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the high performance work system could influence the financial firms’ nonfinancial performance indicators positively．
