The Study for Postgraduate Personality Trait Based on TOP-100 plan

The general analysis in this paper is made through normal 16PF examination on postgraduates taking part in TOP-100 plan in CAS. Characteristics and differences of personality traits between male and female postgraduates are further studied based on the analysis. Meanwhile, study on linear function constructed by regression analysis is introduced to research on the relationship between personality traits and academic achievements. These results play an important role on CAS postgraduate education and management.
