Fuzzy Evaluation of Regional Capability of Innovation based on Grey Relation Grade

Independent innovation is an important way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises，and also a core driving force for a country's long -term development. This paper selected 11 evaluation indexes from three aspects of the innovation foundation, the innovation investment and the innovation output，and used the fuzzy-gray correlation analysis model to undertake empirical study on the typical provinces of China in the east, middle and west regions. This method can avoid the limits of traditional evaluation methods, thus the results are more scientific and objective. The study showed that different regions in China had significantly different independent innovation ability. On this basis, the paper analyzed each region for its different characteristics and gave some advices for improvement.
