Research on the Implementation Mode of Emergency Mobilization Logistics

Emergency mobilization logistics is the important part of mobilization logistics. Based on the researches on the connotation and implementation model of emergency mobilization logistics, this paper puts forward to establish a model of using local logistics resources with building logistics-type mobilization center and logistics outsourcing as the core. Besides it also establishes a pattern of using military logistics resources and focuses on studying the linking model between emergency mobilization logistics and military logistics under normal and emergent states.
