Practices and Reflections on "Chinese Government Scholarships for Postgraduates"

Based on the analysis of the related policies of the "Chinese Government Scholarships for Postgraduates", taking the realities of Beijing Institute of Technology into account, this paper carries out researches on the actual practices of this program and put forward useful measures for its better application and the improvement of the academic abilities of the postgraduates and the international cooperation with foreign universities, targeting the characteristics of graduates.
