After implementing the IP strategy in 2002, Japan is active in promoting IP protection in international organizations in order to enhance its competitive ability. This Article studies on the main policies and measures applied by Japan in WTO, WIPO, APEC and G8 and analyze their characteristics to contemplate on their effects and inspirations for China.
