On the Class Characters of International Law by Comparing Domestic Law and International Law

Objectively, every country differs in national power and international status and all are actively endeavoring to safeguard their own interests through international regulations, the fact of which is even demonstrated by the use of force. From class perspective, international laws are final compromises among the participating countries after coordinating and negotiating with each other, emphasizing their own interests. Comparing to the domestic law, the class character of international law is mainly characterized as national interest, more self-devotion and more concealment.
