Research on Scientific and Technological Workers' Satisfaction at High-tech Zones Based on Multi-level Factor Analysis Method

The paper extracts the five main satisfaction factors from a number of targets through the factor analysis, and makes the five principal components as measurement target of a criterion level through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and makes the top ten high-tech zones in China as measurement target of the program level. It carries out a comparative study among the scientific and technological workers so as to arrive at a series of conclusions, with a view of providing valuable references for the high-tech zones in making scientific research institutions and policies
