Contemporary society has entered the phase of high-speed technological development, with technological communication becoming one of the most common phenomena. However, there is still no consensus as to its definition. Through discussions on its certain basic issues, the paper proposes a tentative definition, analyzes its basic forms, routs and practices, in an effort to attract attention to technological communication and boost its development.
