The Problems and Innovation of Rural Farmland Transfer in China

The problems of land are the most essential ones in the country economic system, and have close relationship with the interests of farmers. Rural farmland transfer has a great impact on the problems of land. Applying to methods of investigation and combined with statistics, the paper aims to cite the problems of farmland transfer nowadays, and it analyzes the reasons of these problems, and further elaborates the solutions on a basis of innovation.
