Relatively, the "supervision service"sold by the supervision company is also not enough, which leads to the difficulty to perform supervision and higher risk confronted by the supervision company and the supervision engineer. For the sake of solving this problem, the supervision industry needs further development to resist the negative effect of this supervision market structure.
