A Historical Analysis of European Aggregate Region of Higher Education Forming

Europe has a long history of higher education. It did not happen by chance that the aggregate region of higher education developed rapidly in this area. On the contrary, its development is influenced by elements of politics, economics, religion and culture, then the aggregate region of higher education can be formed. Through introducing the background of European aggregate region of higher education forming, and historically analyzing the reasons, finally the paper provides suggestions of developing aggregate region of higher education in China.
