On the Incubator Construction Model of University Innovative Talents with the Background of Knowledge-based Economy

Taking the opportunity of promoting innovation project of graduate education put forward by ministry of education, and studying the case of graduate innovation practice in Chongqing University, this paper analyzes basic quality of university innovative talents cultivation with the background of knowledge-based economy, and discuses the incubator construction model of university innovative talents. This model can be simply summarized as"143 model", which includes four principals such as the establishment of purpose in innovative talents cultivation, the innovation team construction and three basic supporting systems. Finally, this article briefly analyzes the effectiveness of incubator building.
