On the Improvement of the System of Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance in China

with the development of China's industrialization and urbanization, accidents related to environmental pollutions increase daily. Problems involved with environmental rights infringement remedial models are also aggravated. The paper examines and analyzes the practice of environmental pollution liability insurance policy in foreign countries as well as its current state and existing problems in China. In the end, the paper proposes several suggestions for the improvement of China's practice in this field.
