The Role of the International Law in Chinese Space Law and Its Relevance to the Pacific Rim Space Law and Activities

China's space legislations seriously lag behind the development of its space technology. China's space activities are in the stage of administrative management which is oriented by space policies, supplemented by administrative regulation, and without integrated space law. International space legislations in the framework of UN and multilateral or bilateral space treaties China joined promoted and improved China's space legislations and space policies. Space legislations and space activities of Pacific Rim countries provided inspirations for China's space legislation and space policies. At the same time, China's space activities and space policies also affected the space activities and space legislation of Pacific Rim.
