The Positioning and Role Conversion of Procuratorial Power in Multi-dimensional Perspective

China's procuratorial theory has long been struck in "customary"and "superficial"circular interpretation, resulting in the stagnation of China's current criminal justice reform. Therefore, it is necessary to make breakthrough in China's traditional theory of prosecutorial power. By positioning the rocuratorial power from the multi-dimensional perspective and analyzing its role conversion theoretically, this paper proposes that there must be different legal positions, functional forms, reasonable role conversions and the possibility of legal supervision in pre-trial proceedings, criminal trial proceedings and procuratorial power.
