The Nature of the Registration Act in the Change of the Real Property

After the promulgation of"Property Law", changes of real property caused by legal acts must comply with the principle of publicity and the method for the publicity is registing. However, there is no unified way for the registration of real estate law, which leads to the conservation in understanding the nature of registration act. This paper argues that by the adoption of legislative research methods, the registration act can be considered as a quasi-administrative act.
