The Situational Element of Corruption and Bribery Crimes and the Prevention Countermeasure

A Crime generally results in the following 3 elements: crime personality, crime situation and social reaction. This paper explains the theory of the situational-crime prevention, and then shows the main situational elements of crime relating to corruption and bribery in China. Finally it points out that we can strengthen the power constraint, lower the black number of crime and improve the lawful wage to prevent such a crime.
