Wireless Frequency Resources in Law Field——On the Perfection of Chinese Wireless Frequency Resources Ownership

The paper divulges the problems surrounding telecommunication reorganization and 3 G development in China, analyzes the special physical property of the wireless frequency, and inquires into the law attributes of the wireless frequency from the perspectives of public and private laws respectively. The paper then moves on to analyze the wireless frequency ownership legislative cases in different countries, then examines current related law system of our country, putting forward means to improve the Chinese wireless frequency ownership law system.
