Formulation of Patent Strategies for High-tech Enterprise by Using SWOT Analysis

Enterprise patent strategies are of great importance in improving the core competence of national high-tech enterprises. In the process of patent strategy formulation, the paper analyzes the strong points, shortcomings, opportunities and risks of high-tech enterprise by using SWOT, drawing the conclusion which is available for high-tech enterprises with different competence. It proposes some measures for elevating the management of patent strategies for high-tech enterprises.
