On the Relationship between Military Industry Culture and Military Enterprise Culture

The military industry culture （MIC）is the core and the main feature of the military enterprise culture （MEC）, which leads and promotes the cultural development of the military enterprises. The MEC is the specific implementation environment of the basic theory of the MIC which provides the basis for the MIC to cumulate and improves the whole level of the MIC. Through interaction between the MIC and the MEC, the strategic significance of win-win situation is realized promoting Chinese national defense science and technology industrial construction and development together.
