Policies of Science and Technology Communication: the Framework and the Relative Objectives

Policies of science and technology communication constitute an important part of science and technology policies.Based on the needs of the development of modern society,a relatively comprehensive system of science and technology communication policies should at least include policies on public communication of science and technology,on the development of industrialized science and technology communication etc.The objectives of those policies should be oriented by construction of regulations,instruction of policies, strengthening of science and technology communication abilities,as well as enhancing of national capacities of science and technology communication.
