Specialization in Companies and Management Accountant

The paper presents a brief introduction and discussion concerning the development of management accountings. Based on this and combined with the present specialization of companies, it also discusses problems encountered by management accountants under current economic situation. In addition, the paper points out obstacles hindering development of management accountants, and puts forward tactics and strategies for Chinese accountants in present-day economic conditions.
