Evaluation of the Government Websites Performance Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Methods

How to evaluate the performance of government websites is one of the most fundamental and important aspects of the EGovernment constructing evaluation. Based on the characteristics of evaluation on government websites'performance, with fuzzy comprehensive evaluating methods in use, this paper builds a multi-layer multi-object evaluating model for government websites, which can show the results in quantitive numbers so as to thoroughly reflect the comprehensive level of government websites.
