Inspecting the Principle of "Equal Utilization"in the Design of Accessible Facilities

This paper discusses the principle of "equal utilization"in the design of accessible facilities by inspecting the range of people who are in the solicitude: either the "particular disabled people"or "the whole masses"in the demand. The inspection of the actuality shows that many designs of accessible facilities in China have not meet the needs of the requirements of the disabled people.
