A Comparative Study of the International Trade Competitiveness in Computer and Information Services between China and India

Trade in Computer and Information Services is an important part of modern service trade .This paper, by applying quantitative indexes such as description index, TC and RCA index, etc., make a comparative study of the international trade competitiveness in computer and information services between China and India, and the relevant factors affecting its competitiveness .Compared with India, China has a long way to go in the trade of computer and Information Services. As a result, China should take some measures to promote its development in order to effectively seek new opportunity of trade in services transferring and information industry's important history position.
