The Establishment of Evaluation Index System for Military Industry Culture Construction

Military industry culture has been the outstanding culture during the past 70 years for the development of people military. It plays an active role in promoting the development of the industry of science and techniques of national defense. For meeting the present demands of the industry of science and technology of national defence, this paper, on the basis of the theory of organization culture and relative results of the evaluation, establishes the evaluation index system for military industry culture building from three paired relationships: organization and leadership, research and application, achievements and effects. The system provides a theoretical basis for selecting exemplary units and pointing out the direction of culture building.
