Approaching the Equal Opportunity of Higher Education Institution and Policy in Japan

Japanese government promulgated lots of policies and made great efforts to narrow the opportunity gaps in higher education after the Second World War. Now, many study conclusions show the gaps are lessening between all the social income classes, but other studies show the gaps are increasing. We focus on the reasons why the opportunity are unequal or equal from the class or region gap studies.
