A Risk Evaluation of the Agent Construction Company Based on FAHP

As the main construction part, the agent construction company is the main object to whom the investment party shifts the risks. In light of the lack of valid quantitative methods in the risk evaluation of the agent construction company for government investment project, a comprehensive evaluation system of the agent construction company for government investment project is introduced in this paper, which is based on the researching findings at home and abroad and the analysis of all the risks in the operation identified. The paper applies the FAHP method combined with AHP and triangle fuzzy number to quantify and analyze the risk factors that facilitate the company to take relevant measures to reduce risks.
