A Survey and Appraisal of the Stock-based Incentive of the High-Tech Enterprises in Zhongguancun

Through the surveys of High-Tech Enterprises in Zhongguancun, we found that the respondents are dissatisfied with the existing incentive manners and intend to try some advanced ones such as stock option. The respondents deem that it's feasible to put stock-based Incentive into practice in the High-Tech Enterprises in Zhongguancun because the property rights are characterized as clearly-established and private ownership, so they think that it will be helpful for the urgent problems resolved though there are still some hindrances such as the too complex to form a incentive plan.
