A Syntactic and Semantic Analysis of the Degree Adverb in the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language

In the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, many degree adverbs, although the basic semantic and the grammatical function may share the same features, have very great differences on the syntactic and semantic level. With a view to the foreign students' learning stage of the degree adverbs, this paper embarks on a syntax and semantics analysis of the degree adverbs in the second language teaching.
