A Study of Quality Evaluation System for Emergency Management

In recent years, the influence of the public emergency has constantly increased in the whole world. It has become a threat to the social order and stability of the world. Obviously, the quality of emergency management is the decisive factor to people's life.As a result, modern quality management emphasizes the preventive management more and more. This paper applies the theory and methodology of modern quality management for analyzing problems of emergency management. On the basis of this analysis, the paper discusses the quality evaluation of emergency management, and meanwhile tries to set up a quality evaluation index system and evaluation model of emergency management by adopting the statistics analytic method, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics model.
