On the Training Mode of the Tourism Manpower

The present situation of tourism manpower training can barely meet the marketing demands. This paper aims to finds a proper training mode to cultivate students's practical abilities by taking countermeasures such as, emphasizing the comprehensiveness and diversity of the professional training aims; giving attention to the practicability of course design and training mode; improving teachers' ability to combine theory with practice and strengthening the cooperation between colleges and corporations.
