On the Information Integration Solution for Comprehensive Entity Symbiosis Industrial Symbiosis Network-A Case Study of Melic Sea High-Tech Group Company

Low information integration results in many problems in comprehensive entity symbiosis industrial symbiosis network in our country. Aiming at these problems, the characteristics of comprehensive entity symbiosis industrial symbiosis network and the characteristics of its information flow were analyzed here. Taking Melic SEA Group as an example, the information flow in a group's industrial symbiosis network was analyzed and problems resulting from low information integration were indicated. Based on the characteristics of information flow which led to problems, the concept of Industrial Symbiosis Network Management Information System was presented and applied for the information integration solution for Melic Sea Group' s industrial symbiosis network. The solution can help Melic Sea Group improve the capability of management in industrial symbiosis network, the core competence of the group and the development of circular economy.
