On Sun Yat-sen's Thoughts on International Law

Sun Yat-sen's thoughts on international law are mainly exhibited through the facts that he tried to change the "half dependence" situation of China, he put forward the conception of "unfair treaty" and insisted on abolishing the unfair treaties, he insisted on protecting the rights of life, equality, property, person, and personality, and he addressed firstly the term of "right of peoples to self-determination" in China.
