The problem of the Employment of the Contemporary College Students and Its Countermeasure

Currently,the problem that it is difficult for the college students to get a job is increasingly becoming a social focus.To find out the reason for this phenomenon,Beijing Institute of Technology initiated a social survey in the summer holiday of 2007.From the two aspects of the preparation of college students to look for a job and the requirement of enterprise for qualified people,they analyzed the current situation of college students to prepare for a job and the need of enterprise based on full and accurate cruising data.And by the comparison of both of them,they analyzed the principal factor which affects the employment of the college students as well.In order to promote the employment of the college students,they put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions to help the college students to understand themselves more truly and see the direction to make efforts more clearly.
