An Empirical Research on the Motivation Factors and Motivation Tactics of Knowledge Worker in Agricultural High-tech Enterprises

The study takes the agricultural high-tech enterprises in Xi'an and Yang Ling as objects,and puts forward the motivation factors that the knowledge workers care about through internet inquiries,questionnaires and comparative method.And the thesis analyzes differences produced by the motivation factors because of differences in individual knowledge backgrounds of workers.Based on the study of the motivation factors of Chinese and foreign knowledge workers,this paper points out the tactics and methods which can be used to encourage the knowledge workers of agricultural high-tech enterprise.
