Innovative Talents and Their Self-Disciplines

This article brings up a novel definition of innovative talents,with an analysis of the constituents of the innovational capabilities.Through several case studies,we bring up five general regularities of the growth of innovative talents.Accordingly,we point out that education reformation is not adequate for fostering innovative talents,while self-discipline is an effective approach.Then,we bring up eight self-disciplines for innovative talents.
