An Analysis of Public-Interest Litigation

In recent years,the cases of the violation of public interests are becoming more and more,but there is still no relative laws and regulations.Therefore,the academic circle of our country enthusiastically advocate for the establishing of a "public interest litigation" system.Through the analysis of the concept of public-interest litigation and the necessity of setting up such a system,this article proposes some assumptions of establishing such a system in our country.
