The methods of Infrastructural facilities construction financing in Tianjin

City Tianjin is the economic center of the regions around the Bohai Sea and it is gradually built into an international port,however,the current city infrastructure condition cannot meet the demands of the economic development.This paper has first analyzed the reason why investment in infrastructure is insufficient in Tianjin,then considering the experiences of developed cities both home and abroad,it has put forward two appropriate methods for the infrastructural facilities financing in Tianjin.
